Copilot 365 Fundamentals is a six-hour, in-person course from Techosaurus, designed specifically for businesses already using Microsoft 365.
Many organisations are already paying for Microsoft 365 for Business, which means they already have access to Microsoft Copilot in some form. The problem is that most people have either not touched it yet, are unsure which version they are using, or have tried it without getting results that felt genuinely useful.
This practical course is designed to change that.
The day gives delegates a clear, plain-English understanding of what AI is, how Copilot works, and how to get better results from it inside the Microsoft 365 environment they already use. It introduces the Techosaurus ROAR prompting framework, practical prompt techniques, and the core habits that help people brief Copilot more effectively, check what comes back, and improve the quality of the output.
The course is based on material from the Techosaurus Generative AI Skills Bootcamp, which was delivered to more than 150 businesses across the South West, and has been distilled into a single practical day focused entirely on Copilot and Microsoft 365.
During the session, delegates will get a full orientation of Copilot for 365, including how to verify they are using the right business version, what is included with their Microsoft 365 subscription, how Basic and Premium differ, and what that means in practice.
Delegates will also learn how to set up Custom Instructions, see Copilot in action across everyday business use cases, and complete guided hands-on tasks using the Microsoft 365 tools they already work with.
There are no prerequisites and no jargon. Whether you have barely opened Copilot or have tried it and were not sure what to do with it, this course is designed to give you a useful, practical foundation.
Delegates will leave with:
