Battens Solicitors Employment Advice Team Lunch - July 2026

This session will provide clear, practical guidance on the upcoming changes being brought in under the Employment Rights Act 2025, including updates to unfair dismissal rights & compensation limits, Duties in relation to Harassment, Fire and Rehire to name a few. With these changes coming into effect from 2026 onwards , this is a vital time for HR teams to ensure they are prepared.

The session will be led by Dawn Gallie, Associate Director and Head of Employment, who will break down what the changes mean for your organisation and your people management responsibilities.

Our EAT lunches offer a confidential, supportive space for HR professionals and business owners to share experiences, ask questions and network over lunch. Dawn will also host an open Q&A, and you’re welcome to submit questions in advance.
