Alembic, a new dining experience at Bristol Airport, will be officially opening on Thursday, July 3, in the departure lounge serving light bites and supporting local suppliers.
The menu at Alembic has a Mediterranean flavour, with small plates ranging from Padron peppers to focaccia and Gambas al Ajillo to Spanish meatballs, as well as sharing boards and specials.
And there will be an opportunity to try locally sourced beverages too. Coffee is on the menu from a regional producer as well as cold drinks, including cocktails from locally sourced rum, gin and whisky suppliers.
Kate Gwyther, Head of Retail, Bristol Airport, said: “We’re really pleased to be able to add this premium experience for customers to enjoy in stylish and relaxing surroundings. It’s also great to be able to offer a completely different dining option whether it’s brunch, lunch or dinner, alongside some great South West drinks brands, which will also be available for customers to purchase from the World Duty Free store, if they’ve tried something they like.”
