Higos Insurance Services Ltd has held its first staff conference since 2019 at Somerset County Cricket Club in Taunton.
The conference theme was – Winning Together. Over 230 staff met from the 14 offices throughout the South West from Bath, Bridport, Penzance to Southampton.
Higos Managing Director, Matthew Hartigan, said: ”I can’t tell you how pleased and proud I was to have everyone back together, Our staff mean everything to me and combined with our strategy of investing in our people, driving professionalism, engaging with our clients through our local offices, we will win together. All the presentations were first class, delivered will real passion and time kept perfectly.”
The ‘Winning Together’ theme was magnified through the staff awards that were well received by deserving and appreciative winners with so much enthusiasm from their colleagues. Categories included Support Champions and Commercial Advisor of the year, through to Team of the Year.
The special guest was Barrett Brown from Brown & Brown Insurance, who took the time to meet team members, while Frank Dick OBE delivered an excellent close to the day.
