Businesses across the region are benefitting from bespoke leaderships and management programmes as part of a growing collaboration with Yeovil College and KANKei Ltd. 
Since the beginning of the partnership, an impressive 13 Skills Bootcamps, empowering aspiring and existing leaders with the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to succeed in a wide range of industries have been delivered in the region.
These intensive 10 week (one day a week / or customised to the employers requirements) practical programmes are designed to support career progression, address skills gaps, and respond directly to the evolving needs of employers across the region.
The joint approach focuses on creating accessible, relevant, and engaging learning experiences. Participants benefit from expert industry specialist-led sessions, real-world case studies and tailored support, all of which contribute to strong outcomes for both individuals and businesses.
Thanks to the positive momentum and strong demand, Yeovil College and KANKei Ltd have announced that from September 2025, they will be expanding the Skills Bootcamp offer even further. This growth will enable them to reach more learners and employers across Somerset and Dorset, helping to strengthen local leadership capacity and boost regional productivity.
Small and medium-sized businesses can benefit from a 90% funding support thanks to Government funding.
