Clarke Willmott announces support for Limbcare charity

The personal injury team at national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has announced its support for a charity which provides a better quality of life for amputees and the limb impaired.

The firm has become corporate sponsors for Limbcare, which was founded in 2010, and aims to provide hope, advice and peer support to amputees.

Clarke Willmott will support the charity by attending awareness events, hosting fundraisers and providing personal injury legal advice to its beneficiaries.

Marguarita Tyne, head of the personal injury and clinical negligence department at Clarke Willmott, said: “We are excited to become a corporate sponsor of Limbcare and are looking forward to what will hopefully be a long relationship where we can support the charity’s valuable work.

“I know through representing clients who have endured amputation that it is a truly life-changing event. I have been impressed with the education and support Limbcare offers about life as an amputee or limb impaired person, which undoubtedly assists people in seeing hope and focusing on life opportunities.

“Limbcare’s expertise, passion and commitment is clear for all to see. I am delighted to be working with the team and to play a small part in helping achieve their mission.”

James Calendar from Limbcare, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Clarke Willmott as a corporate sponsor of Limbcare. This generous support allows us to continue our mission to support amputees and the limb impaired.

Together, we can drive meaningful change and create lasting opportunities for those we support. Thank you for joining us on this important journey.”

Clarke Willmott is a national law firm with offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, London, Manchester, Southampton and Taunton.
