Passion for Somerset CIC is delighted to announce Young Somerset as its newest principal partner, strengthening a shared commitment to ensuring that young people are at the heart of Somerset’s future.
The new partnership will see Young Somerset working closely with both Passion for Somerset and the Unlocking Somerset Talent initiative to inspire, support and create opportunities for young people across the county.
Together, the organisations will champion the voices, aspirations and potential of Somerset’s next generation while encouraging stronger collaboration between education, employers, communities and the voluntary sector.
United by a belief that investing in young people is investing in Somerset’s future, the partnership will focus on helping young people develop the skills, confidence and opportunities they need to thrive. By bringing together their combined expertise, networks and influence, the organisations will work to support meaningful pathways into education, employment, training, volunteering and community leadership.

Its values closely align with those of Passion for Somerset, which are dedicated to celebrating the county while creating opportunities for local communities, people and businesses to flourish.
