Vickery Holman is pleased to announce that Kate Robertson (pictured) has been awarded her chartership with the RICS and is now a Chartered Commercial Surveyor MRICS.
A company spokesman congratulated Kate and said she had worked hard over the last two years to achieve the qualification. It brings the Vickery Holman Somerset (Dorset and Wiltshire) team to five chartered surveyors.
Through various mergers and acquisitions, the roots of Vickery Holman can be traced back as far as 1848. Today, the consultancy has more than 70 people working in four offices, strategically placed across the South West. Vickery Holman is a limited company, owned by its employees, and is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
The company offers a full spectrum of services from all aspects of general practice and building surveying through to the management of commercial and residential property. Specialist areas include: dispute resolution, development consultancy, valuation, lease consultancy, business rates negotiations, commercial sales, lettings and acquisitions.
The team includes: James Vowles, Senior Building Surveyor (jvowles@vickeryholman.com), and four General Practice Surveyors, including Amy Durkin who handles all of the lease advisory and business rates work (adurking@vickeryholman.com), Tim West who handles development work (twest@vickeryholman.com), Tom Bryant for valuations in North Somerset (tbryant@vickeryholman.com) and Kate Robertson for valuations in South Somerset (krobertson@vickeryholman.com).
