Lanier South West has announced that Gabriella Smith has joined the business as a Sales and Marketing Apprentice, marking a proud milestone as the third generation of the Smith family to become part of the company.
Founded in 1968 by Maurice Smith, the business has grown from a local family enterprise into one of the South West’s leading providers of managed print, communications, and business technology solutions.
Gabriella is the granddaughter of Maurice and the daughter of Managing Director Calum Smith. Having grown up around the family business, she has seen first-hand the values, commitment to customer service, and strong community relationships that have helped Lanier South West thrive since 1968.
Her decision to join the company as a Sales and Marketing Apprentice marks the continuation of a proud family legacy, making her the third generation of the Smith family to work within the business.
Gabriella’s appointment not only celebrates the company’s heritage but also highlights its commitment to investing in the next generation and securing a strong future for the business.
Managing Director, Calum Smith, said: “This is a very proud moment for our family and our business. My father, Maurice Smith, would be incredibly proud to see Gabriella becoming the third generation to join Lanier South West. It is wonderful to see the next generation bringing fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and energy into the business.”
He said everyone at Lanier South West was looking forward to supporting her development and watching her grow within the company for many years to come.
