Summerfield Commercial has completed the acquisition of Units 5-8 Curlew Trade Park, a multi-let trade counter estate in Truro.
Located three miles to the west of Truro’s city centre and Cornwall’s capital, the freehold estate comprises four units totalling approximately 17,500 sq ft. The units are currently all let, the majority of which are to national occupiers.
