SWALLOW Charity, based in Midsomer Norton, enables local teenagers and adults with learning disabilities to live life to the full. The charity is currently looking for new trustees that will provide support and direction to the charity as it continues to develop and grow. The charity currently supports over 170 people, but there are many more who need SWALLOW’s help.
The strong trustee board comprises nine people from various backgrounds and experiences and the charity’s patron is John Cullum DL. The commitment that is required is attendance at board meetings every seven weeks plus support to the senior management team and annual strategic meetings.
