Summerfield Homes is pleased to announce the future development of 20 new homes in North Petherton, Somerset.
The development is in a prime location on the outskirts of Bridgwater and will comprise of two, three and four-bedroom homes, including a number of affordable homes.
The land is currently occupied by Carrott’s Farm Shop, which is due to close in July this year as part of relocation plans. The farm shop has been on the current site for 38 years.
Ed Khodabandehloo, Managing Director of Summerfield Homes, (pictured main page with farm shop owner Tony Carrott) said: “We are pleased to have acquired the land currently occupied by Carrott’s Farm and look forward to bringing 20 new homes to the market in spring 2023.”
Work on the new homes is due to commence summer 2022, with the first homes available in the spring of 2023.
