AmicusLaw Solicitors’ Erin Darling-Finan has been appointed as a junior member of the Executive Committee at the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
APIL, a respected not-for-profit organisation, advocates for bereaved families and individuals who have suffered due to negligence, with members spanning the entire UK.
In her new role at APIL, Erin will be at the forefront of addressing critical issues in the personal injury sector, including advocating for legal reforms and participating in important campaigns.
A spokesperson for the company said her ability to discuss and influence reforms, address the needs of victims and their families and contribute to positive change was to be commended.
Erin’s career in the personal injury field began in 2016 and earlier this year she was named Chartered Legal Executive of the Year at the Devon and Somerset Law Society annual awards.
