Somerset-based small business Reflex Medical Limited has started 2021 with expansion! While the business landscape is so uncertain, Reflex Medical have gone from strength to strength despite the additional challenges imposed by COVID-19.
Moving from a small storage space and office in Bruton, Reflex Medical has secured new premises near Cannards Grave in Shepton Mallet. This new location offers a dedicated training and product demonstration room, increased warehouse space and a larger office which will allow continued growth in years to come.
Speaking of the move, Managing Director Sam Franklin, said: “2020 was an challenging year for everybody. However, it also gave us the opportunity to focus on building our business. We ensured top quality customer service above all else and it has paid off. We are now working with a bigger range of suppliers than ever before. By having access to this new premises we are able to increase our range and support the national effort in Covid testing by stocking rapid antigen tests for COVID-19.”
Reflex Medical are suppliers of first aid kits and medical supplies to workplaces as well as private ambulance companies, local government and charities across the UK. As a ZOLL approved business partner, Reflex Medical can also assist companies and charities with purchasing an automated external defibrillator.
