This prestigious recognition highlights the ongoing commitment to supporting young professionals through meaningful, high-quality industry placements—and celebrates the strong and collaborative relationship with Weston College.

Their T Level partnership with Weston College has been a rewarding journey, exemplified by standout student Greta Atanasova, who joined them in February 2024 for her first T Level industry placement. Greta quickly became an integral part of their business engagement team, where she played a key role in enhancing marketing and design operations.
Greta volunteered for extra days, returned after her official placement ended to complete projects and helped train new T Level students—sharing her knowledge and supporting them as they adapted to our systems and brand identity.
In November 2024, Greta represented both Occuteach and Weston College at the Weston College Business Breakfast, where she spoke about her T Level journey and how it helped build her confidence and skill set. She also participated in NHS-led workshops, advocating for T Levels and encouraging other young people to consider this transformative path.
Greta’s bilingual skills further benefited our international-facing organisation. As a fluent Bulgarian speaker, she translated and reviewed content, supported other Bulgarian-speaking students and ensured cultural and linguistic accuracy in our outreach.
