Nick Johnson appointed as new Head of Commercial Litigation

Porter Dodson, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Johnson as Head of Commercial Litigation at their recently relocated Exeter office. Nick brings over 30 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution, further enhancing the firm’s growing presence in the South West.

Nick has an extensive background in commercial litigation, with significant court experience, specialising in handling a wide range of commercial disputes.

His expertise includes professional indemnity claims as well as complex cases involving both corporate clients and individuals. Nick also advises on matters relating to corporate and personal insolvency, alongside regulatory issues, offering comprehensive legal support to clients facing diverse commercial challenges.
