Nexus wins technology category at Exeter Living Awards

Independent IT support provider, Nexus, is thrilled to announce it has won the technology award at the prestigious Exeter Living Awards, which took place at The Great Hall at Exeter University.

Having operated in Exeter for over 25 years, a company spokesperson said the achievement stood as a testament to the talent and innovative spirit that drove the team forward to deliver cutting-edge solutions and exceptional service to businesses across the South West.

Comments from the judges included: “Showcased advanced tech expertise, supporting major names including National Grid, the Met Office, Vickery Holman and Bishop Fleming. New Birmingham office, sales through £7m, ambition rising . . .”

Stuart Wilson, Nexus Managing Director, said: “I’m absolutely delighted that Nexus has been named the winner in the technology category at the Exeter Living Awards.

“This recognition reflects the hard work and ingenuity of our team. It’s a proud moment for us all, especially as it comes just a few months after we celebrated our 25-year anniversary.

“This win really reinforces our commitment to delivering innovative technology solutions to our clients. It simply wouldn’t have been possible without the passion and hard work that our team show day in and day out, so this win is for all of them.”

Nexus is deeply connected to the local community while also serving clients across the region, bringing the latest in tech advancements to businesses throughout the South West. They also have strong partnerships with industry giants like Microsoft, Dell, SonicWall, and more.

It was several innovative solutions that helped Nexus stand out from the crowd for the award win. These included the business continuity and disaster recovery solution, Nexus Cloud Connect, which ensures businesses can swiftly resume operations, back up and running in just 45 seconds, to the Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) service designed to bolster cybersecurity defences.
