Exeter-based IT Support provide Nexus has been shortlisted in two categories of the Exeter Property Awards: Consultancy and Supplies and Services. The nominations reflect the work they company has done to support a local property business with practical IT solutions that improve their efficiency, security and potential for growth. 
One of the key projects highlighted was their partnership with Cornerstone Housing, where they helped to modernise their IT infrastructure. This enabled them to continue providing affordable housing to over 3,000 residents, while enhancing their security and flexibility for the future.
A spokesperson for the company said Nexus focused on delivering secure, reliable IT services that meet the specific needs of each client. They said the award nominations recognised their contribution to the local business community and their role in helping organisations operate more effectively through technology.
The awards ceremony will be held at Sandy Park in Exeter on October 18, and the Nexus team is looking forward to celebrating with the local property community.
