IT support provider Nexus has been shortlisted as a finalist in the locally renowned Exeter Impact Awards 2024, in the ‘Team Achievement’ category.
The Exeter Impact Awards are an exciting initiative launched by Exeter Chamber to celebrate individuals, businesses, and teams that are making a positive impact in driving business success within Exeter and the greater Exeter area. The awards aim to highlight excellence, innovation and community spirit, fostering a vibrant business environment in Exeter.
Nexus has been recognised in the Team Achievement category for their efforts in organising and hosting their 25th anniversary event – Nexus Presents: Brilliance.
The event brought together 85 regional business leaders at The Forge, at Winslade Manor. This landmark conference featured eight keynotes and four workshops from successful local businesses such as The Met Office, Launch Online and Stephens Scown, alongside global tech giants such as Dell Technology, Anywhere 365, Cyber Security Associates and Kaseya.
The success of ‘Brilliance’ was the result of months of meticulous planning and teamwork. The event provided a platform for business leaders and commentators to network, gain insights, and stay abreast of the latest industry trends.
It included an all-day conference that included workshops and talks covering a range of business-focused topics. This approach ensured that attendees left with actionable insights and strategies to drive their businesses forward.
Nexus also produced an insight report featuring all of the key take-aways from the day to extend the impact of the event beyond the day itself.

The winners of the Exeter Impact Awards will be announced at the Exeter Chamber’s Summer Bash, taking place at Exeter Cricket Club on June 21.
