Ferne Animal Sanctuary in Chard will host a charity insights morning on Tuesday, June 24, between 9.45am and 1pm. The event is designed especially for local funeral directors, and legal and financial professional service providers with interests in charitable giving, legacy planning and community engagement opportunities. 
Attendees will have the opportunity to network with the leadership team and like-minded professionals, learn about the sanctuary’s operations, and explore ways to support the charity.
Emma Green, Trust and Grants Officer, will give a talk about the sanctuary’s mission, discussing how businesses can support the charity through corporate partnerships and volunteer days, and explain the powerful role of legacy and philanthropic giving in Ferne’s long-term work
Nikki Haddock, Animal Care Manager, will lead a behind-the-scenes guided tour, followed by a Q&A session and light refreshments.
