It’s been a busy year for Poolbridge Accountancy, with new staff joining the company, existing employees gaining new qualifications and being shortlisted for a top award.

January – Hannah Hill passed her Chartered Tax advisor exams to become double chartered.
March – Emili Perry joined us as administrator and was the first employee to be interviewed, inducted and trained completely remotely. She is now taking bookkeeping and social media training.
The company was also a finalist in the Somerset Business Awards – Best Employer. Huge achievement for us and were up against so many fabulous companies.
April – Hannah Hill completed the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course and Darren Mobley joined as payroll administrator having completed his training in February and March, so he was ready to join at the start of the new tax year.
June – Chris Blackwell (left) joined the team as bookkeeper and is supporting so many of our clients with Xero and QuickBooks. He has many years of experience of bookkeeping for different businesses.
August – Chloe Smith completed her level 3 AAT with 81% and a merit.
September – Jade Townsend joined as an accountant having previously worked for the company and Sam Vining celebrated eight years since she joining as an apprentice. She now heads the finance department service and supervises the payroll department.
