This month we will be joined by Heather Bellin of Happy Leaders who will deliver a presentation entitled 'The Power of better questions'.

Heather Bellin, the driving force behind Happy Leaders, is a highly experienced executive coach, leadership strategist, and human resources expert. With over 25 years in management, including 16 years as Head of Human Resources for multinational organisations, she brings a wealth of expertise in fostering high-performance teams and organisational excellence.
She has worked across diverse industries and locations, including Switzerland, the UK, Spain, Italy, Singapore, and Nigeria. Heather is known for her ability to build strong relationships, adapt to cultural nuances, and provide innovative solutions that create lasting impact.

Heather will be asking a few questions and also relaying a story in order to enable participants to think differently, have better conversations, and create workplaces where happiness has a chance to flourish.

So, what is the monthly networking event all about?

Communication is key for businesses and while physical meetings and networking is a core part of making connections and keeping in touch, we know some of our members simply do not have time to attend events.

That's why we offer online networking catch-ups for our members to help them keep in touch with other businesses and organisations and stay up to date with the latest Chamber and business news.

Our online networking events give members the chance to make the most of an informal networking session and ask questions of each other, a guest speaker and the Chamber team whilst gaining insightful information from guest speaker members.
