AI Fundamentals is a six-hour, in-person course from Techosaurus, designed for individuals, sole traders, business owners and professionals who want to understand how to use AI properly in their day-to-day work. Most people have now tried AI in some form, but many are still unsure how it works, why it produces the results it does, or how to get consistent, useful outputs from it. This practical course is designed to change that. The day gives delegates a clear, plain-English understanding of what AI is, how it works, and where it is genuinely useful. It introduces the Techosaurus ROAR prompting framework, practical prompt techniques, and the core habits that help people get better results from tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot. The course is based on material from the Techosaurus Generative AI Skills Bootcamp, which was delivered to more than 150 businesses across the South West, and has been distilled into a single practical day. During the session, delegates will see live demonstrations of different AI tools, explore key issues around ethics and data security, and complete guided hands-on business tasks using their new prompting skills. Delegates will also build and leave with their own Techosaurus prompting tool, pre-loaded with prompts from the day, so they have something practical to use when they return to work. There are no prerequisites and no jargon. Whether you have barely used AI or already use it occasionally and want to feel more confident, this course is designed to give you a useful, practical foundation. Delegates will leave with:
