Help staff save time and work smarter with AI
AI is changing how businesses work, but many teams still need practical guidance on using it safely and effectively.
Cosmic’s AI for Workplace Productivity Skills Bootcamp gives employees, business owners and self-employed people the skills to use AI for real workplace tasks. The training focuses on tools and techniques that can reduce repetitive work, speed up everyday activities and support better results.
Learners will gain hands-on experience with tools including ChatGPT, Canva AI, Excel Copilot and no-code automation platforms.

Every learner completes a practical project based on a genuine business need. This could involve improving an internal process, creating a new content system, analysing data or finding a quicker way to complete regular tasks.

Suitable participants may include business owners, managers and employees working in marketing, administration, operations, communications, customer service or reporting.
Self-employed people can also use the training to make running a business more manageable. AI can support content creation, research, planning, customer communications and routine administration.
No advanced technical knowledge is needed. The training is practical, supportive and designed around workplace use.
Course dates and format
Start date: Tuesday 15 September 2026
Course length: Nine weeks
Times: One day a week, from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm
Total training: 60 guided learning hours
Location: Live online/ Teams
Employer and self-employed costs
The course is heavily funded, keeping costs low for businesses.
Businesses can enrol one or more members of staff. The total contribution is based on the number of employees taking part.
A small investment in training could lead to useful time savings across the year, particularly when new skills are shared and used throughout the organisation.
Places are limited, and expressions of interest are now open.
