AI for Workplace Productivity Skills Bootcamp

Help staff save time and work smarter with AI

AI is changing how businesses work, but many teams still need practical guidance on using it safely and effectively.
Cosmic’s AI for Workplace Productivity Skills Bootcamp gives employees, business owners and self-employed people the skills to use AI for real workplace tasks. The training focuses on tools and techniques that can reduce repetitive work, speed up everyday activities and support better results.
Learners will gain hands-on experience with tools including ChatGPT, Canva AI, Excel Copilot and no-code automation platforms.
The course covers:

  • Writing effective prompts to get more useful results
  • Creating emails, reports, summaries and business content
  • Producing branded graphics and marketing materials
  • Organising, cleaning and presenting data
  • Automating routine tasks and workflows
  • Using AI safely, ethically and responsibly

Every learner completes a practical project based on a genuine business need. This could involve improving an internal process, creating a new content system, analysing data or finding a quicker way to complete regular tasks.

Which businesses could benefit?
The Bootcamp could help Somerset businesses that want to:

  • Reduce time spent on repetitive administration
  • Help employees feel more confident using AI
  • Improve the speed and quality of reports, content and communications
  • Explore safe and responsible ways to introduce AI
  • Develop useful digital skills across the team
  • Find more efficient ways to manage everyday work

Suitable participants may include business owners, managers and employees working in marketing, administration, operations, communications, customer service or reporting.
Self-employed people can also use the training to make running a business more manageable. AI can support content creation, research, planning, customer communications and routine administration.
No advanced technical knowledge is needed. The training is practical, supportive and designed around workplace use.
