The team from TEALS Farm Shop and Cafe travelled to Birmingham last month for the annual Farm Shop and Deli Retailer Awards, a ceremony designed to celebrate independent and specialist retailers from all over the country. They were thrilled to be awarded ‘Best Specialist Retailer’ for their food market and ‘Best Retailer – in the South West’. 
Since opening in 2020 in the middle of a pandemic, TEALS has been on a mission to act as a window to the region, showcasing all the incredible produce Somerset has to offer throughout their farm shop and restaurant. They are passionate ambassadors for the region’s small-scale producers, seeking out the people who grow their food that little bit more slowly and responsibly, avoiding mass food production and focussing on the local.
In early 2024 TEALS certified as a B Corp, joining the growing list of companies worldwide in using business as a force for good.

TEALS is situated on the A303, near the North / South Cadbury junction. Open daily from 8.30pm – 6pm, it is home to a food market, restaurant, food to go area and EV charging.
