Somerset County Cricket Club can today announce that we have signed an agreement with SUAVE OWL, which will see the Bath-based independent men’s lifestyle retailer become our Official Menswear Partner.
The partnership will see SUAVE OWL provide the players and staff with clothing and accessories for formal occasions and official club events.
Somerset CCC Commercial Director, Caroline Herbert, said: “Quality formalwear and sport go hand in hand. Whether that be at awards dinners, club events or the classic cup final suit. SUAVE OWL are a local company who offer a wide and varied range of stylish and high-quality menswear, and they have been working closely with the players in a bid to ensure that all their needs have been met.
“From the fitting process all the way through to the delivery of the player’s suits, SUAVE OWL have been a pleasure to work with.”
Somerset Head Coach, Jason Kerr, has worked closely with SUAVE OWL throughout the process, and he is delighted by the results.
“The quality of their product is what the players are most impressed with,” he said. “This partnership will give us the identity and uniformity off the field that reflects what we do on the field.
“One of our main messages to the players is that we represent the Club 24/7. It’s not just what we do on the field, it’s about how we represent the Club away from the playing environment as well. The quality of their menswear will give us the opportunity to have a similar image off the field as we do on it.”
