The long-standing partnership between Somerset County Cricket Club and Harris Fowler Personal Injury Solicitors is set to continue after the two organisations announced a new agreement.
2019 will mark the seventh year of this partnership, which has been renewed and revised to mark Harris Fowler’s 25th anniversary.
Established in 1994 and based in the centre of Taunton, Harris Fowler are specialist Personal Injury Solicitors who promise a ‘no win, no fee’ service, with no hidden extras. Their specialist lawyers have an extremely high success rate and deliver outstanding results by putting in the time and effort to ensure that any case is the very best it can be.
Somerset CCC Commercial Sales Director, Suzanne Roper, said: “To celebrate Harris Fowler’s 25th anniversary we felt it would be a good time to look at our partnership and revise a number of elements in order to ensure that it is as mutually beneficial as possible.
“Harris Fowler are a key business within the local community, and I’m delighted that we will be continuing to work together for another year. In the past, the focus of our work together has been the Vitality Blast competition, but this new revised agreement will see us working hand in hand on a number of varying initiatives across the Club throughout the year.
“Harris Fowler will still have a presence at our Vitality Blast matches and in 2019 they will be supporting our social media Player of the Match poll which will give our Members and supporters the chance to have their say on match days.”
Harris Fowler Managing Director, Neil Williams, who represented Somerset Second XI on many occasions during the mid-1980s, said: “I am delighted to renew our longstanding partnership with SCCC in this special year for Harris Fowler, celebrating 25 years, which has seen the firm go from a small business in Taunton to a national leader in its field. I hope this will also be a special year for SCCC with the return of a well-deserved trophy by the end of the season.”
