Watchet homes plans due to be unveiled by Summerfield

Summerfield Homes will be unveiling plans for new one, two, three and four-bed homes being built in Watchet, Somerset, later this month.

The Liddymore Park development will provide 75 new Summerfield homes in its first phase of the build and these will be available towards the end of 2022.  The development offers a mix of open market homes and also affordable homes with a partnership with local housing association, SHAL, through the My Homes government backed initiative.

The homes will have a range of environmental benefits, including showersave, a waste water heat recovery system (WWHRS), plus hedgehog homes, bug hotels and bird and bat nesting boxes to protect and conserve the local wildlife.

In order to offset the carbon footprint of the development, Summerfield will be planting over 750 new trees in the area, contributing to the 1.1 million trees already planted throughout their 54 new home developments and commercial projects throughout the South West.

Ed Khodabandehloo, Managing Director of Summerfield Homes, said: “Liddymore Park is an excellent development in an upcoming location offering a good mix of open market and affordable homes for local people.”

Summerfield Homes will be taking appointments for their upcoming development from Tuesday, April 1i9, with Sales Advisor Rene Kilner being based in Greenslade Taylor Hunt in Williton, 10am – 5pm, Tuesday – Saturday.
