Two new associates have been appointed at Somerset chartered accountancy firm A C Mole & Sons. Adam Knight and Sarah Twist take up their new roles this month (February).
Adam joined A C Mole & Sons as a trainee in 2001, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2008. He works with a wide range of corporate entities and charities, providing audit, assurance and advisory services. He also acts for smaller charities and not-for-profit entities together with SMEs, giving financial and taxation advice.
Sarah joined A C Mole & Sons in 2003 as a trainee and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2009. She specialises in the charity and not-for-profit sector providing a range of services to trustees and charity leaders including independent examinations, accounting and specialist VAT and taxation advice. She also assists charity clients in reviewing their accounting systems.
Last year Sarah was awarded the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting, which acknowledges expertise in charity accounting and financial management at the highest level, recognising individuals who make a real difference to organisations in the charity and voluntary sector. She also provides financial and taxation advice to a variety of limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
Both new associates live locally with their young families.
