Cooper Associates Group was delighted to welcome Phil Spencer, the TV property expert, to officially open the company’s recently extended and refurbished office.
Phil, who is best known for hosting long running series such as Location, Location, Location and Love It or List It on Channel 4, cut the ribbon at the group’s headquarters based in Taunton.
The expansion of the office was required as a result of headcount doubling over the past three years and to support the company’s future growth expectations. The new office area features a number of additional facilities including a large client meeting room, a family meeting room, a new boardroom and breakout area, a fully equipped gym with shower and changing facilities and a large staff room.
Phil is already associated with Cooper Associates, providing the voiceover on their current radio campaign which is broadcast throughout Somerset and Devon. He is also the host of the ESTAS awards, where Cooper Associates Mortgages have been named ‘Best Mortgage Office In The UK’ in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Phil Spencer also attended Cooper Associates’ Annual Company Meeting, which was held at The Cooper Associates County Ground, Taunton. He took part in a question and answer session, covering a variety of topics including his TV career, his thoughts on the mortgage and property market and his experience as a home finder for the rich and famous, including Kylie Minogue and Michael Jackson.
