Somerset coach celebrates client success

Business Coach John McCarthy has driven huge success for his clients over the last few years, with one of them currently on a three month break in New Zealand – without needing to answer emails or phone calls!

Stephen Ward, Managing Director of Taunton based Clerksroom, a leading provider of barristers and mediators is now travelling across the other side of the world after starting his coaching with John in 2015. Stephen progressed through a number of programmes that John offers including PlanningCLUB and 1:1 Coaching. Stephen knew his business was sound, but had very little time to enjoy life outside of work. John’s work with him transformed his business into an incredible one with year on year increases in turnover and profit and now a business that works without him.

Stephen said “We focused on building a team and our business with John. For the first time in my 33 years of working, I am going away for three months without taking a laptop or being on my phone checking my emails!”.
