Nominations for the Somerset Apprenticeship Awards are open and are open to any Somerset Business.
The awards, now in their 5th year, are run by the Grow Somerset Talent Group made up of Yeovil College, Richard Huish, Strode College and Bridgwater & Taunton College as well as training providers Somerset Skills and Learning and Acacia Training and Development.
The awards are run to acknowledge the achievements of exceptional Apprentices and Trainees who have made an outstanding contribution to the business of their employers.
To be eligible for an award, an Apprentice/Trainee must either be currently undertaking an Intermediate, Advanced or Higher level Apprenticeship or Traineeship whilst living or working within the Somerset area or have completed said Apprenticeship/Traineeship.
There are employer awards for those new to apprenticeships as well as 4 size categories from Micro to Large Employer.
