The Sangha House has this week secured a major piece of international business. The wellbeing centre, based in Taunton, very quickly introduced a completely new arm to the business with the first lockdown of 2020 and now offers a complete programme of yoga, Pilates, exercise and meditation classes via Zoom.
Directors Andy and Denise Spragg saw the benefit to corporate clients to assist with their responsibility for their employees’ health and wellbeing and have been working hard to spread the word.
Denise said: “After many months of knocking on doors, we are delighted to announce that, from January 2021, we will be working with HSBC Global to offer our on-line sessions to their 11,000 employees worldwide. This is an incredibly far-thinking decision from one of the world’s leading financial institutions, as they are encouraging their staff to take time out of their working day to look after their wellbeing.
