Red Berry Recruitment have released their most recent salary survey providing an insight into hiring trends.
The aim of the survey is to provide guidance for salary and package bench-marking for 2017/18 for the South West region specifically.
Red Berry has focused on the South West of England and has gathered the information by carrying out a local survey from their own temporary and all permanent candidates that placed in local companies over the last year. They have also used knowledge gained from 10 years of trading and over 30 years combined experience of the Management Team to capture information on minimum, average and maximum salary ranges for each discipline in various categories.
