One of the South West’s leading independent accountancy firms, Milsted Langdon, has announced the promotion of Guy Armitage-Norton as its latest Partner.
Guy (pictured) works across the firm’s offices in Bristol and Bath providing pragmatic support on accounting, auditing and financial reporting, which is tailored to the specific needs of his clients.
Initially starting in the profession in 2008, Guy worked at a ‘Big Four’ firm before moving to Milsted Langdon in 2015.
He now works with a significant number of SMEs and high growth companies to help them flourish, as well as many large established businesses in a range of sectors including biomedical sciences, manufacturing, and construction.
His promotion to Partner is in recognition of his outstanding work and his commitment to adding real value to the businesses he supports through the advice and expertise he offers.
Guy said: “I am delighted to be taking on this new role within the firm, having spent years supporting our clients, and the wider practice’s, success.
“I hope that as a Partner, I can play a role in guiding the future direction of Milsted Langdon so that we continue to help our clients and our people to thrive.”
Taking up the new role from 1 May 2021, Guy will work with his fellow Partners across the Milsted Langdon’s offices in Bath, Bristol, London, Taunton and Yeovil to continue the firm’s growth ambitions.
Tim Close, Chair of Milsted Langdon, said: “Guy has proven himself to be an excellent member of the team and has done outstanding work supporting many of our clients through challenging times.
“I would like to congratulate him on taking this important step in his career and wish him success in his new role.”
