One Step Recruitment’s Care Recruitment Consultant, Jaydene Allan, has gone above and beyond for a client during staff shortages caused by the current Coronavirus lockdown.
Jaydene has a background in care and when she realised some of her clients were short on care staff she volunteered to work for them over the weekend. Such was her dedication, she clocked up 40 hours over the weekend alongside her day job, filling care positions across the county so there were enough carers to cover all the shifts.
James Tuckett, Commercial Manager, at One Step Recruitment, said: “Jaydene has been a real trooper in all of this, being the main contact in order to get DBS clearances through for care homes and the NHS and getting carers out in the community in order that positions are covered.”
