Innovative property company TCN, has recently invested £300,000 into an exciting new workplace concept at Express Park, in Bridgwater, aimed at growing and well-established businesses in the region.
NEST@Mallard offers a flexible, affordable, desk-ready hub of office spaces that inspire creativity, innovation and openness – the ninth project for the TCN team. With views across the River Parrett and beyond to the Quantock Hills, large modern break-out areas, swing chairs, bean bags, onsite showers, parking, bike storage and delicious plant-based catering offerings are just snippet of what’s on offer.

A collaborative spirit is not the only idea at the forefront of NEST’s ambition, protecting the environment is, too. As of 2020, 92% of NEST’s interiors are created from recycled or upcycled items, for example new carpets made from recycled fibres and reclaimed wood cladding for the walls.
NEST has joined forces with neighbouring Bridgwater businesses to ensure their offices work towards an environmentally sustainable future, constructing interiors with as low a carbon footprint as possible.
TCN has nine buildings across the UK including Bridgwater, Reading, Norwich, London, Birmingham, Bath and Bristol; each with their own identity reflecting their locality. TCN will continue to re-invent, innovate and transform the office experience while taking all businesses from start-ups to regional players under their wing.
