Milsted Langdon has once again teamed up with The Business Exchange to take part in this year’s South West Charity Conference and Expo next month.
This popular event, first hosted in 2019, is designed to support and guide local charities and third sector organisations by bringing together expertise from across the region.
The latest event, due to be held from September 13-17, will once again include a talk and panel presentation from Milsted Langdon’s Head of Charity and Not for Profit, Gill Freeman.
Gill’s Finance FAQs session promises to answer any burning accountancy questions or issues affecting charities, while the panel event will see her meet with a small gathering of charity leaders to discuss current challenges and offer guests an opportunity to share best practice with peers in a supportive environment under Chatham house rule.
Gill said: “The previous South West Charity Conferences have been a great success and I have been delighted to offer my guidance to these events since they were launched.
“The charity sector has had an extremely difficult year and the careful management of finances has never been more important. I hope the advice and support I can offer at this year’s event will help those who decide to attend.”
The 2021 South West Charity Conference & Expo is set to build on last year’s event and will take place as a week-long digital expo, with a series of seminars, talks and networking opportunities hosted online.
