Nearly 20 members of staff at one of the South West’s top independent accountancy firms, Milsted Langdon, have recently passed exams as part of their ongoing professional training with the firm.
In the last few months the partners and senior staff at the firm’s offices in Yeovil, Taunton, Bristol, Bath and London have been celebrating the successful exam passes of numerous trainees and junior colleagues at the award-winning practice.
For Rob Kirk and Nick Showering their passes were made all the more important as it signified the end of their route to becoming fully-fledged Chartered Certified Accountants.
Iain Haggerty, part of the firm’s expert tax team, also has cause to celebrate as he has completed his Chartered Tax Advisor qualification – one of the most prestigious accreditations that the tax industry has to offer.
Jonathan Langdon, Chairman of Milsted Langdon, said: “On behalf of everyone at the firm I would like to say well done to all of our staff who have recently passed exams or completed their qualifications.
“Professional accreditation in our industry takes years of hard work and dedication, which is why our services are so highly valued. To achieve what they have achieved is no small task and for those who still have exams left to sit, I wish to offer them the best of luck going forward.”
Milsted Langdon has a long history of supporting young accountants entering the profession and proudly boasts a number of partners who began their careers having trained with the firm.
