LifeSkills seminar to help employers support their staff

LifeSkills created with Barclays aims to help all people in the UK, whether that’s a young person developing skills and preparing for their first job, to someone wanting to progress in their career, or make changes to their working life.

For businesses, the programme can support the development of employability and financial capability skills of employees. There are free interactive online tools and resources employees can use independently which are tailored to their stage in life, as well as short modules that can be run with them face-to-face or virtually.

Barclays is inviting businesses to an interactive LifeSkills session on Tuesday, September 29, from 10am to 10.30am to help companies make the most of Barclays’ resources and support their employees.

• A quick introduction to the LifeSkills programme
• Content employees can use themselves, including wellbeing, confidence with money and key skills for the future
• Short, relevant modules you can run for your employees to build their financial capability and employability skills. From debt management to dealing with setbacks, our modules will help motivate your employees to reach their potential
• Any questions you have about any aspect of the programme
