The founder of Rebecca Bevins HR Consultancy will be handing over the reigns of her business to take up the Head of HR role at Numatic International. Beccy Bevins, who starts her new role in January 2019, announced Ben Malik as the Managing Director of RBHR.
“From Managing Director to Head of HR, after much careful thought and consideration in recent weeks I have made the decision to take on a full-time position from 1 January 2019 at Numatic International, an organisation that I have worked very closely with in recent years, based in Chard, my home town. I am fortunate enough to be in a position to hand the business over to Ben Malik, who will take on the role of Managing Director, leading the business in my absence. Having been with the business since early 2016, Ben has held a number of roles within my management team and is best placed to take the business to the next level. Whilst I am sad to be leaving the business behind, RBHR will continue without me whilst I embark on my new and exciting journey.
