National law firm Clarke Willmott LLP has announced four promotions within its Taunton office, in response to growing demand for its services and a return of confidence in the economy.
In the Commercial Property team, Sarah Manley has been promoted to Senior Associate. Sarah specialises in the full range of commercial property work, including landlord and tenant and estate management work, acquisitions, disposals and development site set ups. The team has also appointed Irene Richardson as Associate (Chartered Legal Executive). Irene’s expertise includes dealing with a wide range of secured lending transactions, both commercial and residential as well as a general commercial conveyancing for both local and national businesses.
Polly Ridgway and James Edmondson have also both been promoted to Associate. Polly, within the Commercial and Private Client Litigation team, specialises in agricultural and agri-business disputes, property litigation and commercial disputes. James is in the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department, and his specialisms include cases involving serious brain and orthopaedic injuries from road traffic and work-related accidents, dependency claims arising out of the death of a family member and all aspects of complex clinical negligence.
