In recognition of the investment into their workforce, Dan’s Engineering Ltd has been awarded a ‘We invest in apprentices’ Silver accreditation by Investors in People.
Dan’s Engineering has been employing apprentices for the past decade. They are committed in supporting and motivating young people in the local community to learn new skills and develop their expert knowledge through their excellent apprenticeship program which is collaborated with Bridgwater and Taunton College.
Daniel Puddy, Director of Dan’s Engineering LTD began his career by completing an apprenticeship himself which has led him to now operating and owning a highly successful engineering business.
Dan said: “I strongly believe in investing in the next generation of young adults to help them develop their expertise and knowledge. I am delighted that we have been recognised for our commitment in investing and supporting our apprentices. It is fantastic that we have achieved this prestigious award recognising the company wide commitment to putting apprentices at the heart of the business.”
