To mark 12 weeks of working virtually, since COVID-19 and lockdown affected the charity Reminiscence Learning, staff decided to take on a new challenge in the shape of 12 hours of activity sessions in one day!
The charity is asking supporters to both help them promote the challenge and to make a donation. Staff are currently highlighting two daily activity sessions every weekday at 10.30am and 2.30pm to try and provide some engagement to those with dementia who are currently isolated at home.
Juliet Wilson of Reminiscence Learning said: “We are still working hard to try and support people living with dementia and their carers, we would love help in spreading awareness for our upcoming 12/12 challenge.”
