Rosie Hamblin, Events Manager at The Castle at Taunton, has been selected to participate in Cohort 10 of The Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma. She had to undergo a rigorous selection process involving a written entry, then a number of interviews at The Innholders Hall, London, with industry leaders to secure her place.
Less than 20 people across the UK are offered this opportunity annually. Completion of the course will set Rosie among a small number of hospitality professionals who have been selected and achieved the diploma. Rosie’s background and experience in high quality hotels came to the fore throughout the selection process.
Rosie said: “I have always viewed the Master Innholders as the shining light of the hotel industry, and to be chosen to participate in this course is a great honour. I’m very excited to meet & study alongside the other candidates who represent some of the country’s finest hotels.”
Ronan Hunter, General Manager and Director of The Castle at Taunton, added: “I’m very proud to see Rosie chosen for this prestigious course, and very much look forward to witnessing her grow & develop. It is great to see The Castle represented again alongside the UK’s best hotels, the development of our team is hugely important to us.”
