Wellington-based printers Carly Press has been producing free stickers for local residents to put up outside their homes to indicate that they are in self isolation amid the coronavirus outbreak.
Local businesses are offering staff to help Carly Press distribute the distinctive yellow stickers which alert others in the community to residents who are self-isolating.
Carly Press managing director Mark Gladstone-Smith said he decided to put spare capacity at his business to good use during the virus outbreak after seeing a pensioner putting up a home-made sign at her home.
But rather than profit from the outbreak, community-minded Mark is producing and distributing the labels free of charge.
Carly Press has currently closed its shop and copying facility in-line with Government advice, but is still taking orders by telephone and email.
