On Wednesday the 28th February the 1000+ students at Frome College were treated to a wide range of talks they could select from, to give them a greater insight into different careers. This is part of the College’s comprehensive Next Steps employability programme, to try and prepare our young workers of the future, for the workplace and to help broaden their horizons about the plethora of jobs available.

Students could choose from 15 talks depending on their career interests. Talk sizes varied from smaller groups of 30 to the most popular career talk containing 236 students.
