The team at Blueloop has made a tremendous effort to manage increased workloads over the last few weeks.
The team has closed over 1,382 support calls this month and has set up a tremendous 400 VPNs to enable customers to connect remotely to their business systems from home.
They faced many challenges including sourcing appropriate hardware (at sensible prices) and obtaining licences in an already saturated UK supply chain.
As well as thanking staff, Blueloop bosses also thanked customers for their help and co-operation during these unprecedented times and added: “We wish everyone all the very best in facing the challenges ahead and hope that we overcome them soon and move forward together.”
