Jaeger Recruitment has celebrated its third birthday with an ever-growing list of clients and exciting prospects for the future.
Started by Paul and Amelia McGrath in 2019, the business quickly secured success, being named as the Best Small Business in Sedgemoor 2021.
“It wasn’t all plain sailing. In fact, it was extremely difficult to get started. I originally started the company with the sole intention to deal only in recruitment. But it is never as simple as that and the business took an initial change in direction by purchasing franchises within a logistics company.
“From here we started placing our own drivers into Bridgwater. Fast forward to May 2021 and this is when the real recruitment started and we built a network of 20 depots. Over the peak Christmas period we were managing over 100 workers a day,” Paul said.
The company is currently a multi-sector recruiter within, but not restricted to, logistics, warehousing and construction.
Amelia added: “We are currently going through an exciting period of growth with ongoing talks with some well-known household names in logistics. Exciting times are ahead for this small business!”
