Kenda Macdonald, CEO and founder of Automation Ninjas, was awarded a heart-warming honour at a glitzy event in London.
The Best Business Women Awards celebrate great women in the business community and was founded by multi-award winning entrepreneur Debbie Gilbert in 1999. Debbie strongly believes in women business leaders and how important it is that they are recognised for their achievements.
Kenda won ‘Best Boss 2019’ and was praised for her unique approach to flexible working, holiday entitlement and team development.
